Refunds & Exchange

We do not offer refunds.  but an exchange policy for defects and damages. Please inspect your piece and contact us immediately if the item is damaged,defective or if you recieved the wrong item so we can deal with the matter as soon as possible.

Once your email has been reviewed, we will email you about whether or not an exchange is applicable. If so you will find a return address within the same email. 

We offer exchanges within the first 7 days for UK customers and 14 days for international.
