Shipping and billing addresses must match otherwise order will be cancelled.

You will be able to track your order with the tracking details provided in the shipment email.

Should you need to cancel your order before it has been dispatched please send us contact us immediately, as this will not be possible once the item has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for stolen or lost packages. If you find that your tracking information says your package has been delieved but you have not recieved ut, it is adviced that you contact the shipping courier first and send us an email.
